Start with what happened
Record one decision.
A taken trade, a deliberate wait, and a skipped setup can all teach you something. These observations are self-reported.
Evidence before a label
What do your records show?
A practice suggestion appears after two recorded misses for the same rule. This is a transparent review threshold, not statistical proof of a lasting pattern.

Compare the evidence
Is your process changing?
Practice answers and your recorded rule adherence are different measures. Small samples stay visible.
Before/later comparisons describe self-reported records. They do not establish causation, trading profitability, or a forecast advantage. Corrected decisions remain in their original comparison group.
Keep the original evidence

Corrections add a new record. The original stays in your history and backup.
